What does "Unlimited Graphic Design Requests" mean?

You have the ability to submit all of the graphic design requests you’d like. We work on your designs in the order that they are received.

Since we are human, we will let you know an estimated time-frame to complete each design.

Can you break down how the pricing works?

We have 2 super simple options:

  1. Order 1 graphic for $99.
  2. Get unlimited graphics for $999/month.

When you order 1 graphic, you receive your design within 2 to 3 days and up to 2 rounds of revisions.

When you sign up for our Diamond Plan, you submit all the graphics you need and we work on 3 at a time until your designs are complete and you are completely satisfied with your final product. You may cancel at any time. No contracts, no hidden fees, no set-up fees, no cancellation penalties.

How do I submit a design request?

Ordering 1 Design: Your design request will be submitted along with your payment. We get started within a couple of hours and will reach out to you if we have questions about your design.

Diamond Plan Members: Login to your account and click the “Design Request” button on the top menu. Fill out the design request form and you’re good to go.

What do I do when I need a design revised?

If you need the design revised for any reason, you may click the request revision button to provide us with the details you’d like fixed.

Or you can message us on our chat line by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner.

May I resell any of the designs?

Yes, you may resell any graphics you have completed with us. You own the rights to your designs once they are completed.

We license stock photos and other components for designs and we will provide you with any licensing details per design.

If you provide us with any materials for your design, it is your responsibility to license those materials. We are not responsible for the usage of any unlicensed materials that you provide.

Note: We are not held liable for the final designs as you will be the owner of the rights.

I need a graphic design done urgently! What can I do?

We work on projects in the order that they are received.

In the event that you need to have a design done quickly, reach out to us. If we’re already working on a design for you, we can pause the project we’re currently working on to jump into the more time-sensitive design.

Sometimes things come up. We understand.

How many requests am I allowed to submit?

You may submit as many designs as you’d like. We design your graphics in the order that they are received. We will work on 3 active projects at a time to ensure that you receive the highest quality designs.

Can I submit design requests for different companies?

Yes, you may submit design requests for different companies. You can even sell designs to those companies. You have the ability to submit as many graphic design requests as you’d like.

What CAN you do?

These are the things we CAN do:

Backgrounds, background removal, billboard design, blog images, book covers, book layouts, brochures, cd cover artwork, business cards, certificates, email signatures, flyers, posters, icons, illustrations, infographics, logos, mockups, powerpoint templates, product labels, social media graphics, t-shirt/apparel design, web advertisements, youtube thumbnails and just about any other type of graphic you can think of.

What CAN'T you do?

These are the things we CAN’T do:

Website design, UI/UX design, 3d rendering, app design, motion graphics, photography, video production, copywriting.

Occasionally, we will receive a design that is out of our scope of capabilities. In that case, we will let you know immediately and try to help you come up with a solution; though there is no guarantee that we can find the best solution for you.
